RALLY PHASE RECORDS PRESENTS!!!

 SMC's a Goner

Sung to the tune of Girlfriend In a Coma by The Smiths

Lyrics: D. Wallick, D. Donovan
Vocals: Stephen Stewart
Mixer: Jim, the Mix-Master Bera

Leader blew morale check, oh no! I know it's serious
He was already broken, ya know, I know it's serious

And do I want him to roll a wound check? No! Cuz you know,
I would hate anything to happen to him
No I don't want to lose him

Do you really think he'll survive?
Do you think he'll roll less than 5?
Duuuuuuuuude

SMC's a goner, ya know, I know it's serious
Bye bye, bye my buddy, Goodbye

There were times when I could have rallied him
'Cuz you know, it's not like he's a 10-2 and he just got a field promotion

Now he's taking the check, time to fret, And he rolled a 5 and he died.
Dooooooooh!
Let me whisper a few bad words, I know it's serious

  1. Several years ago I sent you guys fifty bucks to encourage you to continue your box art cover critiques. I'm willing now to send you another fifty bucks to encourage you to DISCONTINUE that opening song thing. Please. Seventy-five bucks. Heck, I'll go $100.

  2. We may have to take a poll on this one. We find the songs to be rather fun. Admittedly some of the vocalists need some work. Would you pay $200 to move it to the middle of the show?

  3. OK, we took the song off of #368. IS that worth a couple of bucks?

  4. Psst. 2HS guys. Whatever he's paying you to stop with the songs already, I'll pay you double to keep them.

Plus, the outfit that writes most of the parodies is "Rally Phase Records", which coincides with the start all of ASL turns and the start of the podcasts didicated 100% to the greatest game in the world. Plus, if one does not care for them it is easy to fast forward. That would be much better than being ambushed mid-episode by a parody and causing the failure of a podcast morale check (PMC).

But in the spirit of ASL goodwill, Mannerheim Cross does not have a BAR (Box Art Review), so I have written and submitted the biggest and best BAR - EVAR.
